Please note that when end users access downstream systems or applications developed by developers using our open platform services, the rules governing the processing of personal information collected there are not covered by this Privacy Policy. The developer operating such application, as the processor of that personal information processing activity, shall disclose the relevant personal information protection rules to end users.

To protect the security of your personal space, you need to register and log in before you can normally use related services. When registering and logging in, you need to provide your mobile phone number and set a login password, and then enter a verification code so that we can verify your user identity. A mobile phone number is necessary information to fulfill the requirements of national laws and regulations regarding real-name registration on the Internet. If you do not provide a mobile phone number for registration and login, we may be unable to provide you with generative artificial intelligence technology services.
You may use a third-party account to log in to and use SeekTruth. With your consent, we will obtain the public information you registered on the third-party platform (such as avatar, nickname, and other information authorized by you) to bind it to your SeekTruth account, so that you can log in directly and use this product and related services.
When you use paid services on the SeekTruth open platform, we need to verify your identity. You may choose to verify as an individual account or as an enterprise account on behalf of a company. Pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, when you choose to verify as an individual developer, we may collect your real identity information (real name, ID number, telephone number, and other necessary identity information) to complete real-name verification; when you verify as an enterprise developer on behalf of a company, we may collect the real name of the legal representative and enterprise contact person of your company to complete enterprise real-name verification. Some of this information is sensitive personal information. You may refuse to provide it, but if you do, you may be unable to obtain the relevant services, while other functions and services will not be affected.
When you use the intelligent conversation service, we will collect the content you enter while interacting with SeekTruth (including text, images, and files). We will analyze and compute the above information so that we can better understand your questions and context, thereby providing you with more relevant information and delivering the intelligent conversation service.
When you actively take photos, we will request your authorization for camera permission. If you refuse authorization, you will be unable to capture image information, but this will not affect your use of other SeekTruth functions. When you use the search service, we will automatically receive the information you actively enter so that we can automatically provide you with real-time search results.
During the conversation, you may provide feedback on content generated by SeekTruth. We will collect your feedback information, including content you voluntarily submit, so that we can continuously improve the quality of SeekTruth's output. If you refuse our collection and processing of the foregoing personal information, please be cautious when entering such information, but this may affect your normal use of some or all functions provided by SeekTruth.
In order to provide you with continuous and high-quality services, subject to secure encryption, strict de-identification, and the inability to re-identify any specific individual, we may use the input content collected through the Service and the corresponding output content to improve and optimize the quality of SeekTruth services. If you refuse our processing of your personal information in the foregoing manner, you may contact us through the methods set forth in Chapter IX of this Policy.
You may prepay funds into the account under your verified account for paid services. When you top up for paid services, we will collect your payment orders and transaction information in order to provide order placement, payment, customer service, after-sales support, and the specific paid services to you.
If you use the feedback service, we will collect your problem description, supporting attachments, mobile phone number, email address, and contact name so that we can understand the content and needs of your feedback. Such information is necessary for the feedback service. In order to verify your identity, clarify your needs and how relevant issues should be handled, or help you solve other problems, we may use your mobile phone number or email address. In order to provide you with feedback services related to your usage information, we will query your usage information, including conversation records, like records, and issue feedback records.
If you contact us directly through the means described in Chapter IX of this Policy to provide feedback, file a complaint or appeal, or inquire about SeekTruth-related issues, you need to provide your account information so that we can verify your user identity and protect the security of your account and system. Such information is necessary for identity verification in user feedback. During the feedback, complaint, or consultation process, in order to help you solve problems or record the handling plan and result of related issues, you may need to provide corresponding supporting attachments, and the system may record our communication records with you so that we can better solve the issues you raise and improve service quality. If you do not provide the above information, we may be unable to give you timely feedback on the results of your inquiry, but this will not affect your normal use of SeekTruth or the Service.
You understand and agree that, with respect to the contact information you provide during your use of the product and/or services (for example, a contact phone number), we may during operations send various types of notifications to one or more of such contact methods for purposes such as user messaging, identity verification, security verification, user experience surveys, and dispute handling. In addition, we may also use the mobile phone number collected in the above process to send you commercial information about services, functions, or activities by SMS or phone call. If you do not wish to receive such information, you may unsubscribe through the method provided in the SMS message (for example, by replying "R", subject to the specific instructions in the SMS), or contact us directly to unsubscribe.
When you create, scan, edit, or manage reminder or to-do content in Expiry Reminders or Smart Notebook, we collect the title, date, category, notes, reminder time, source image, and recognized text that you provide or confirm, in order to generate reminders, show history, provide category statistics, and manage reminder plans.
When you choose "Sync to System Calendar", "Sync to Reminders", or batch sync from the Profile page, after obtaining your calendar or reminders permission, we write only the necessary information such as title, date, reminder time, and notes into your device's system calendar or iPhone Reminders, and remove the corresponding record when you cancel sync. System records are stored on your device and in any system account you enable, such as iCloud or an Android calendar account. Except for saving sync status and event identifiers, we do not upload your full system calendar or reminders content, nor do we read records unrelated to SeekTruth.
If you refuse or withdraw calendar/reminders permission, you will not be able to use the corresponding system sync feature, but you can still create and manage reminders inside the app. You can disable permissions in system settings or cancel sync on the item details page.
In order to protect the security of your account and provide you with better services, we will automatically collect the following information generated during your use of SeekTruth as network logs:
To ensure the secure operation of the software and services, and the quality and efficiency of operations, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version, device identifiers (for Android, such as AndroidID and OAID; for iOS, such as IDFV; different identifiers vary in validity period, reset capability, and access method), IP address, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation records, usage records, service logs, and device sensor data (such as accelerometer and gyroscope data).
To prevent malicious programs and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we may collect information about running processes, overall page operation, page usage and frequency, page crash conditions, overall usage conditions, and performance data. To determine account and transaction security, perform identity verification, identify violations of law or rules, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, analysis, and handling measures in accordance with the law, we may use your account information, device information, and service log information.
To analyze statistical indicators such as new installs, activation, retention, and performance, we may access the clipboard for attribution analysis of related statistical information. Please rest assured that during this statistical process, we will not upload any of your private information to our servers.
We may use the above network log information to compile statistics on SeekTruth usage, troubleshoot issues, conduct operational analysis through data statistics, and improve and optimize product interaction experience.
